The Role

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in a part-time position, with the opportunity to grow into full-time. We are preparing to launch a women's health program and continue to grow our medical aesthetics practice, we're looking to add another NP to our clinical team to support both current growth and future capacity.

The ideal candidate would have a genuine interest in, and ideally experience with, both women’s health/menopause care and medical aesthetics.

Our Women’s Health program will initially focus on areas including:

- Perimenopause and menopause
- Hormone assessment and management
- Medical weight management
- Sexual and vaginal health
- Metabolic and preventive health

We’re looking for someone who is clinically strong, thoughtful in their approach to patient care, committed to staying current with evolving evidence and best practices,



and excited about being part of a growing area of our practice.

Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments
- Provide patient education, follow-up, and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members

Qualifications

- Active NP license in Ontario
- Minimum 4 years nursing experience
- Minimum 6 months cosmetic injecting experience
- Training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of women's health and hormones
- Qualified, reliable, and patient-focused

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience and the selected compensation structure. Depending on the role and services provided, compensation may include hourly pay, fee-for-service based earnings.
