This in-person role involves working directly under the Manager of Health Services, offering critical support in patient care and treatment administration.
With a focus on acute medicine or cardiology, the position requires solid clinical judgment and excellent communication skills while collaborating within a health care team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services for patients with complex conditions
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Coordinate patient care and ensure effective discharge processes
- Support and lead the nursing team in daily activities
- Assist in skilled training and development
Requirements:
- At least two years of recent acute care experience
- Registration with CRNM is mandatory
- Annual BLS Level C certification is required
- Completion of Cardiac Rhythms Course when required
- Familiarity with RHPA scope of practice
