Elevate workplace safety as a Health and Safety Coordinator at MacLean Engineering in Owen Sound, Ontario. Drive initiatives that enhance health and safety standards in our manufacturing site. In this full time role, you will oversee the implementation of safety strategies and training programs.

Collaborate with site leadership to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, develop training content, and supervise safety assessments. Your proactive approach will reshape our safety culture. Develop and implement training for employees using LMS

- Coordinate safety audits and lead discussions on improvement
- Advise on hazard identification and risk assessments
- Conduct reviews of safety incidents and provide insights
- Foster collaboration with different departments on safety policies Health and Safety certification or equivalent
