Enhance healthcare outcomes as an Occupational Therapist with Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on assisting clients with substance use and mental health challenges through a community treatment model. As part of the Assertive Community Treatment Team, the Occupational Therapist will provide targeted therapy services to clients in need.

You will conduct assessments, devise tailored therapy plans, and evaluate service effectiveness while collaborating in a transdisciplinary team. Embrace principles of anti-racism and cultural humility as you work to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments of clients’ occupational performance
- Develop and implement outcome-oriented therapy plans




- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy services
- Participate in interdisciplinary research and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Requirements:
- Full registration as an Occupational Therapist in BC
- Two years of clinical experience in complex health environments
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices
- Valid B.C. Driver's License
- Ability to promote Indigenous Cultural Safety Support client empowerment and recovery through creative occupational therapy at Vancouver Coastal Health.
