Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of their Burnaby office while providing reception and administrative support to the Managing Partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative. This is a fully in-office, five-day-per-week position. A valid BC driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as the role includes routine bank deposits and occasional business errands.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Partners, the Office Manager will serve as the central point of contact for the office. The role combines office management, reception, general administration, and support for the Managing Partners.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing professional service to clients, visitors, and external contacts.
About the Position
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and maintain an organized, professional workplace.
- Provide reception coverage, answer incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Manage office, kitchen, printer,
and stationery supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries and coordinate outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and other external contacts.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Partners, including scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, document preparation, and follow-up.
- Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion.
- Complete routine bank deposits and occasional business errands as required.
- Assist with filing, scanning, printing, document organization, and other general administrative tasks.
- Proactively identify and address administrative needs to help keep the office running smoothly.
The Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administration, or office management.
- Previous experience providing administrative support to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional and confident communication skills, including a strong telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and follow through without significant supervision.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach to office administration and problem solving.
- Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients, colleagues, vendors, and external contacts.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Comfortable working in office five days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary $65,000 – $72,000
