Position: Talent Acquisition Associate Are you a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to find great talent? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent across a range of business needs, while also helping optimize our ATS and recruitment processes. This is an individual-contributor role with a strong focus on recruiting execution, stakeholder partnership, sourcing strategy, and process optimization.

It is best suited to someone with approximately 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience who is looking to deepen their expertise rather than pursue a people-management path. Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal channels, networking, and creative sourcing strategies Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates Manage candidate activity and workflows within the ATS Create requisitions, coordinate approvals,



and maintain accurate recruitment reporting Partner with ATS vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve recruitment processes Network at industry and student/campus events to build talent pipelines and uncover new sourcing opportunities 3-5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition / headhunting experience, ideally supporting contact centre, operations, and business-professional roles ~ Previous experience administering and managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Oracle experience is an asset ~ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ~ Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing competing priorities ~ Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience ~ English/French bilingualism is an asset, but not required If you're an experienced recruiter who loves the hands-on work of finding great people, building solid talent pipelines, and improving how recruitment gets done, we'd love to hear from you.
