Tierney Stauffer compensation model includes bonus program for up to 10% of base salary. We are seeking a permanent, full-time receptionist with reception desk experience to join the team at our Ottawa office. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication and computer skills and must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of LEAP software is an asset.

Answering and directing phone calls. Monitoring emails and faxes. Helping provide internal coordination. Other administrative tasks. Prefer three or more years of experience as a receptionist or equivalent.

Prior work experience in an office environment is highly desirable.



Prior work experience in a law firm or equivalent setting would be a major asset. High English fluency in both oral and written. Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building capabilities Bilingualism is an asset but not required.

Fluency in additional languages is also an asset.
