Robust customer service, coordination, and communication skills are key as you facilitate new hire paperwork and orientation scheduling. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with collection of new hire paperwork via ATS
- Support new hires in completing their forms promptly
- Schedule and confirm attendance for orientations
- Set up virtual orientation and ensure pre-class requirements
- Respond to new hire inquiries regarding orientation Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma is an asset
- Minimum two years in an administrative role
- Experience with HRIS and ATS preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
