Southlake Health is seeking a Pharmacist, Oncology for a full-time role in Newmarket, Ontario. The pharmacist will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a multidisciplinary setting, handling order processing, dispensing and formulation, and providing patient education and counseling. Reporting to the Manager of Oncology Pharmacy, this position requires Ontario licensure, oncology experience, and solid communication. Hybrid work options and competitive benefits are offered.
