The job of Human Resources Advisor (Administration Officer) involves more specifically realizing day-to-day administrative programs and processes for one or more College services. Oversee and process disability leaves for all 4 categories of employees Administration of the pension dossier and resource person for all categories of employees regarding pension related matters (e.g. retirements, buybacks, etc.); Oversee employee Banks, Vacation planners, etc. Responsible for preparing and analyzing Human Resources related reports as required An undergraduate degree in an appropriate field of specialization, particularly administration (Human Resources).

Service skills ~ Knowledge of public sector payroll and pension plan procedures an asset; ~ Experience in unionized setting an asset ~ Advanced oral and written communication skills in English (testing may be required); ~ Intermediate oral and written communication skills in French (testing may be required); ~ Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with HRIS software (testing may be required).
