Candidates must possess robust troubleshooting capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset, handling a variety of incidents and working directly with users in the mining environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer proactive desk-side and floor support
- Log and manage user incidents effectively
- Troubleshoot login, MFA, and access issues
