Serco Canada Inc. operates Ontario DriveTest Centres and seeks a Customer Service Agent to assist the public through license examinations, photo capture, testing, and scheduling. You will verify documents, collect fees, and ensure safety and confidentiality in a rapid-paced environment.

Required bilingual fluency in French and English, a valid Ontario G license, and a Customer Service Agent training completion. Training and onboarding are provided at DriveTest locations.
