RECON currently seeks out 1-2 Open Hole Wireline Operators. We are looking for people who don't fear getting their hands dirty and are looking for a flexible schedule that has you sleeping in your own bed more often than not at night. If you hold a valid Canadian Passport and are looking for reliable activity in a tight knit operation reach out and let us know what you bring to the table. Previous Wireline experience is always a plus, but familiarity with a drilling rig / location is pretty necessary.

Your day to day will involve:

- Drive Wireline Unit to and From Location - Yes a Class 3 is required
- Rig in and out tool sting - That means lifting over 50lbs consistently when in the field
- Operate the winch and winch control panel, and able to operate the winchman Laptop and Lee software
- Able to rebuild cablehead and rope socket under direction of a senior operator
- Drive any assigned single or dual axle company vehicle
- Order necessary parts and perform repairs on the road or at a job site
- Ensure all hands, including yours,



get tools serviced and the truck ready to handle the next assignment with no delay and no lost time
- Ensure pre and post trip inspections of the truck have been made properly
- Ensure truck ELD logs and inventory are current and accurate
- Get involved in all projects assigned to the unit, including master calibrations
- Report technical or equipment problems to the Field Engineer

MUST HAVE

- Class 3 drivers license plus (Q) Air Brakes Endorsement (Clean)
- H2S Alive, CSO and Standard First Aid (Completed within 30 days of hire if required)
