Johnson Controls Canada is seeking an OpenBlue Customer Advisor to partner with enterprise customers and drive value across onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and retention.

You will lead initial project kickoff calls, train users, monitor product usage, and coordinate with account teams to ensure customer success. This role requires strong communication, experience with enterprise CRM, and the ability to work in a quick‑moving environment; up to 10% travel may be involved.
