The FacOps Analyst I supports operational excellence by monitoring key processes, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities. The analyst works closely with internal engineering teams, operational stakeholders, external service providers, and vendor partners to aggregate incident and operational performance data, highlight trends, and improve overall system reliability via the Root Cause Analysis and Uptime Assessment programs.

Review and analyze company policies and operational processes Aggregate and track recommended changes to written policies and procedures Visualize data using charts, graphs, and reports to summarize findings for management Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of departmental performance metrics Collaborate across multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and quality Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent professional experience ~3+ years of project management or related professional experience ~ Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and/or Problem Management processes ~ Experience in data analysis, including use of Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charting ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ~ Experience with, or willingness to learn, business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce,
