The Wealth Operations
Analyst I is responsible for supporting investment operations and reporting activities across TD Asset Management. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Relationship Managers, and external service providers, the successful candidate will help ensure operational accuracy, timely reporting, effective risk management, and a high level of service to internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in developing a career within investment operations and asset management.
Produce, review, and sign off on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting for TDAM and TD Epoch funds and accounts. Participate in audits,
risk management activities, process improvement initiatives, and maintenance of operational procedures and controls. Manage shared team inboxes, prioritize workflow effectively, and collaborate across Investment Operations teams to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Investment Operations, Asset Management Operations, Wealth Operations, Fund Accounting, or a related financial services environment.
Advanced
Excel skills with the ability to analyze, reconcile, and manipulate large datasets.
Experience using Python and VBA to automate reporting, improve processes, or support data analysis is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Power Query, SQL, or other reporting and automation tools is considered an asset. CFA designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with a solid focus on accuracy and quality. Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
Monday to Friday, including participation in Canadian holiday coverage as required. Office focused work model with in-office attendance Monday through Thursday and optional remote work on Fridays.
