Work closely with Dispatch to optimize crew and equipment utilization . Monitor and coordinate repairs for Hydro Vacs, Liquid Vacs, pumps, hoses, and related equipment .

Respond to customer calls and resolve on‑site service issues . Provide after‑hours and weekend operational support as required . Conduct site visits to monitor crew performance, work progress, and customer requirements, including Glencore sites .





Lead weekly safety talks and ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed . Order and maintain required parts, supplies, and equipment inventory . Complete required reports and communicate operational issues to management r 3+ years of experience in operations, field services, dispatch, fleet, or a related environment .

Experience in waste, environmental services, industrial services, transportation, or construction is an asset .

Experience with Hydro Vac, Liquid Vac, or similar equipment is strongly preferred . Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues . Strong customer service and communication skills .

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment .
