We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor based in Mississauga/Oakville, to oversee, plan and monitor the performance of team members. Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials. Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.

Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents. Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.

Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.

Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred. Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.) DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
