Full-time Location: Annacis Island, Delta (BC) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; OR Tuesday to Saturday, OR Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM Day shifts and night shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis among 3 supervisors. 1 month of night shift and 2 months of day shifts. We are looking for those who are adaptable with those work schedules and timing.

Responsible for promoting and helping develop a culture of a protected work environment for all employees and visitors through compliance with the WWS Health & Safety policies and provincial legislation. Coordinate with leads to ensure organization of daily work for the crew. 3-5 years supervisory and employee relations experience, with a focus on strong leadership and relationship building skills. ~ A valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. ~ SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management. ~ Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications. ~ Excellent time management skills in an ever changing and fast paced environment. ~ Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities to a successful conclusion through strong planning, excellent verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. ~ Must be customer centric and service driven. ~ Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) We are the Wallenius Wilhelmsen group, delivering innovative and sustainable global shipping and logistics solutions for manufacturers of cars, trucks, heavy equipment and specialized cargo.
