In this critical role, you will manage O&M; activities for solar PV and BESS projects, ensuring technical performance and safety compliance.

Collaborating closely with engineering, finance, and external partners, you will leverage your experience in technical operations management to lead service structures and optimize maintenance processes across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor O&M; services for efficient asset management
- Oversee Technical Asset Managers' work to ensure performance
- Ensure operational safety and compliance with regulations




- Coordinate internal and external service provider activities
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in technical operations management
- Solid understanding of infrastructure project dynamics
