Silk & Snow is a Toronto-based retailer of responsibly made sleep essentials with a frictionless Customer Experience. We are seeking an individual who is extremely driven and customer-focused to help us deliver a best-in-class retail experience. We’re hiring a Retail Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational success of our growing store network.

You’re someone who thrives on retail excellence, loves cross-functional problem-solving, and enjoys being hands-on, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. This is a local/hybrid position based out of our Toronto (Midtown) Office.

The Retail Operations

Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Retail Operations and serve as the key point of contact for Silk & Snow stores, supporting operations, launches, and general maintenance. to action store-level needs Support store openings and product launches by organizing and validating in-store execution (e.g., Collect photos/audits from store teams and review them for compliance with brand standards, providing feedback when needed Track replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU item restocks (e.g., Monitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations to the Manager of Retail Operations Gather field feedback to help optimize processes, improve launch execution, and inform larger strategic decisions 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project management (experience in a retail network or multi-store setting is a plus)
