- Oversee daily hotel operations across guest services, front office, housekeeping, and breakfast.
- Work closely with the General Manager to maintain strong operational, service, and brand standards.
- Lead, support, and hold team members accountable for performance and consistent execution.
- Manage departmental scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity based on seasonal business demands.
- Maintain housekeeping quality through effective inspections, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Oversee operational inventory, including linens and departmental supplies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond effectively to concerns and service recovery opportunities.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel and engage with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and consistently, with strong follow-through.
- Support seasonal staffing requirements and adjust operational priorities based on occupancy and business levels.
- Work hands-on alongside the team when required, particularly during lower-volume periods.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and the overall guest experience.

Requirements





- Previous leadership experience within hotel operations.
- Experience with a recognized hotel brand such as IHG, Marriott, Hilton, or a comparable organization is preferred.
- Strong experience in front office, guest services, housekeeping, rooms operations, or a combination of these areas.
- Previous resort, seasonal, or rural hotel experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead employees, establish clear expectations, and create accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- A hands-on leadership style with the flexibility to support different areas of the hotel as required.
- Confident, professional, and engaging guest-facing presence.
- Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing guest concerns and service recovery.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of labour productivity, inventory, and cost-conscious decision-making.
- Positive, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

Corporate Culture

- Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
