Ville de Laval is seeking an operations and systems support advisor to act as a super-user, provide operational support for a set of systems, and coordinate maintenance, evolution, and transformation projects in the department. You will validate data integrity, monitor access requests, and produce dashboards for leadership decisions. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems or MIS and have four years of relevant IT experience, including ERP, SharePoint, and Power BI
