We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EDQ Platform Engineer to lead and support the migration of Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud. This role combines data quality engineering, platform management, and cloud migration expertise, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing data quality pipelines in Azure. Install, configure, and administer Oracle EDQ environments.

Repository configuration Lead migration of EDQ pipelines from on-prem to Azure. Migration planning and execution (lift-and-shift + refactoring).

Azure Virtual Machines

Data profiling Optimize pipelines for performance and scalability in Azure. Develop reusable components and reference data frameworks.

Support on Azure Cloud Engineering: Storage (Azure Blob / Data Lake) Networking and security Hybrid networking (VPN / ExpressRoute) Azure Data Factory (ADF) Integrate EDQ with enterprise data platforms and tools.

Databases

Support data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

Database & Data Skills: Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL) Experience with Data Warehousing concepts Performance Tuning & Monitoring Optimize EDQ job performance: Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution. Data encryption (at rest and in transit) Access control (RBAC in Azure) Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards. DevOps & Automation Build CI/CD pipelines for EDQ artifacts and deployments.

Git (version control) Azure DevOps / Jenkins Python High-performance and scalable data quality pipelines. Automation of deployment and operations. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ).

Data quality frameworks Data profiling, cleansing,



matching Proven experience in migrating EDQ or similar data platforms from on-prem to cloud Strong understanding of data pipeline refactoring for cloud environments Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines and Snowflake.
