Reform Health & Wellness is looking for an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Red Deer.

Our clinic brings together chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and psychology/counselling, with a focus on collaborative, patient-centred care. We’re seeking someone who values strong patient relationships and is excited to build their practice within a supportive team.

The opportunity

Your role

- Provide thorough assessments and individualized osteopathic manual treatment within your training and scope.
- Communicate treatment plans clearly and support patients with appropriate education and self-care guidance.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other providers and make referrals when appropriate.
- Help create a positive,



professional experience for every patient.

- Completion of a recognized osteopathic manual therapy education program.
- Professional association membership and eligibility for reimbursement through relevant extended health benefit plans.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a thoughtful, patient-centred approach.
- A commitment to ethical practice, ongoing learning, and teamwork.
