Location: Remote Contract: 12 months Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour Openings: 3 We are hiring 3 skilled and results-driven Outbound Call Agents to support a leading financial-services organization . In this role, you will engage with existing and prospective bank customers, identify their needs, promote suitable banking solutions, and provide timely follow-up support.

Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Promote banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and deposit products. Follow up on account inquiries, applications, and service requests.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Clearly explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility requirements. Verify customer information while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and banking systems. Meet daily call-volume, quality, customer-service, and performance targets. Escalate complex inquiries or customer concerns to the appropriate department.





Follow banking policies, privacy regulations, anti-fraud procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Post-secondary education- High School a must. Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and discussing financial products. Customer service, call-centre, sales, or financial-services experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry.

Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment. Results-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance targets. Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, or weekends when required.
