Presidential Management Group is a Property Management Company that is responsible for multiple residential properties. We are seeking an experienced painter to join our maintenance team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality painting services. Work will primarily be indoors.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming and masking
- Apply paint using appropriate techniques
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment

Requirements:

- 1+ years of painting experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Experience using spraying equipment is an asset

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penticton, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- painting: 1+ years (preferred)

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
