At Westmor Industries, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-driven individual for our night shift Painter position. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfecting surfaces through careful preparation and painting, we want you to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch products! Remove rust and spatter through sanding, and clean steel surfaces to eliminate oils and cutting fluids.

Painting Process: Apply paint to finished production items and sub-assemblies with precision.

Equipment and Maintenance: Accurately mix paint, correctly set and adjust paint equipment, and perform daily maintenance on painting tools.

Quality Control: Mask off areas that should not be painted, use proper painting techniques, and inspect finished jobs for issues such as runs or missed spots.

Documentation:



Keep the paint booth in order and complete all necessary paperwork. The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour.
