We are seeking to grow our corporate team by hiring a Corporate Law Clerk in our Ottawa office. We are looking to add to the existing strength of our team by bringing in a Corporate Law Clerk with experience in financings and acquisitions and other general corporate matters, including incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions and other reorganizations. maintaining and updating corporate minutes books assisting with conducting corporate due diligence and extra-provincial, business name, partnership and other registrations performing corporate and PPSA searches and filings ~ Law Clerk Diploma/Certificate ~Understanding of, and familiarity with, corporate statutes (Business Corporations Act (Ontario), Canada Business Corporations Act, not-for-profit, non-share capital corporate statutes (Federal and Ontario))
