We are hiring a Valet Parking Attendant! At the Dorian, Autograph Collection and Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown our associates ensure that every guest experience is a masterpiece, blending impeccable service with whimsical intrigue. Our associates are focused on providing our guests with the best stay possible, to help them pursue their passions through travel.

We are in search of a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional Valet Parking Attendant, responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and providing customer service excellence by parking and retrieving guest vehicles and providing luggage service. Always provide the highest quality of service to our guests and associates alike. Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking area.

Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws. Maintain lobby, front door, valet stand, and luggage room cleanliness and order. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel amenities and layout, local attractions, and airport transportation.

Keep up to date on in-house groups and functions.



Ensure deliveries/luggage are brought to correct rooms. Always demonstrate a readiness to help. Able to accurately give directions and information regarding the immediate and metro areas.

An experienced professional with a minimum of one year of experience as a parking attendant in a similar operation or hotel property. Someone with a class 5 driver’s license and ability to drive both a manual and automatic transmission. Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
