Make a vital impact as a part time Case Worker with The Salvation Army, supporting individuals facing homelessness. This role provides case management, referral counseling, and collaboration with community resources. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you'll work 16 hours per week, tackling challenges faced by those in need. Flexibility in scheduling will be required for this role with shifts primarily from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekends. Develop and manage a personal caseload
- Conduct intake assessments for residents
- Build networks and referrals to community resources
- Diploma in Social Services or related experience
- Knowledge of community-based resources
