Provides efficient and effective front-line services to clients and students; answers phone calls. Provides support to students in regards to the client scheduling system; explains processes, guides students on rotation; monitors assignment of clients to students; Enters new client information into the dental management software; scans documentation into the dental management software.

Faxes medical consultations and referrals to physicians' offices. Oneyear certificate or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution in Dental Hygiene, Dental Assistant, Dental Office Administration, Medical Office Administration,



Health Information Management or any other related. Minimum two years of customer service-related experience; Knowledge of dental practice management software is an asset.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Solid client service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated commitment to uphold the polytechnic's priorities on equity, diversity, inclusion and Indigenization (EDII).
