Hospital is seeking a dedicated physician to join its team within the Internal Medicine Department. In this part-time role, you will engage with a geriatric population, supported by Geriatrics and Geri Psychiatry.

Responsibilities include managing ward patients, conducting new admissions, and participating in health care rounds. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage medical care on a dedicated 32-bed geriatrics unit
- Conduct recent patient admissions and ward rounds
- Collaborate with specialists and allied health teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Cover some night/home calls, compensated separately

Requirements:

- Full CPSBC license to practice in BC
- CCFP eligibility or equivalent
- CMPA membership required
- Previous experience with geriatric populations preferred
- Willingness to engage in teaching opportunities
