Working flexible hours, your observations will reflect adherence to Law Society of Ontario competencies. This position is integral to formative feedback in helping faculty improve teaching practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule classroom observation times with faculty
- Review lesson plans and materials prior to observations
- Conduct in-person observations based on LSO competencies
- Record objective faculty observations using formal templates
- Submit observation reports within deadlines set by the administration Requirements:
- Must hold a current license with the Law Society of Ontario
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) required
- Strong knowledge of Ontario's paralegal education standards
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies
