- Deliver comprehensive nursing care following established standards
- Provide clinical leadership to Health Care Aides and LPNs
- Ensure adherence to the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics

- Active license with CRNM or CRPNM
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Minimum one year clinical experience in Acute Care
