Join Alberta Health Services as a Speech Language Pathologist in Wainwright Provincial Building. Work with children and engage in hybrid patient care, combining clinical independence and teamwork. In this part-time role, you’ll be part of an inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering rehabilitation services to children ages 0-18.
You will manage a diverse caseload, offering assessment, intervention, and case management. Leveraging robust mentorship and continuing education opportunities, you will also supervise students and guide other staff in clinical practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for service delivery
- Supervise therapy assistants and student interns
- Participate in program development and quality improvement
- Engage with families in care planning Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registration with ACSLPA or eligibility
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
