You will help clients understand tax concepts and guide them in achieving their financial goals. This position requires robust communication skills and a passion for financial education, contributing to a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual financial coaching sessions with clients
- Simplify complex tax planning concepts for members
- Develop innovative strategies for financial challenges
- Maintain detailed notes and records of client interactions
- Empower members to take steps toward financial well-being Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in tax planning and personal tax preparation
- CPA, CFP, or similar certification (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and motivational skills
