Position Status: Regular Part Time Location: Royal Park, Recreation Therapy LTC BW Hours: 69.75 FTE: 0.90 Shift: Days Shift Times: 0900-1715 Union: Non Union GSS Rate of Pay: $21.11 - $23.57 PCN: RPTA01 Under close supervision, and in accordance with established policies, procedures and care plans, performs a variety of routine client care support activities to optimize the functional abilities of residents. assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), instructing craft classes, assisting with social events, group exercises and games.

Care - for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in secure, comfortable and supportive environments.



Carewest offers a mix of secured and unsecured units. Graduation from Grade 12.

- Related experience in a hospital or continuing care facility is preferred.
- Geriatric experience is an asset.
- Program specific training/experience is an asset.
