Midtown Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Front Counter / Accessories Sales Associate to join our team in Winnipeg. If you have a passion for vehicles, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist retail and wholesale customers at the front counter
- Provide advice on parts and accessories for all makes and models
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications:

- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (Ford experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with dealership management systems is an asset)
