Be the Voice of Confidence – Guide Customers Through a 5-Star Service Experience! We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team!

As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up. Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation Order automotive parts and supplies from vendors Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels Provide parts availability, pricing, and delivery estimates Communicate with customers regarding repair status and service timelines Coordinate parts requirements with technicians and service staff Process parts returns, warranty claims, and credits Prepare estimates and invoices for parts and service work Maintain customer, vehicle, vendor, and service records Excellent customer service skills Minimum 1 - 2 years as a service advisor, or in a related customer service role Dealership experience considered a major asset Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays 40+ State-of-the-art facilities and an 80,000 sq ft.
