Mackenzie Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to coordinate scheduling and registration for MRI/CT procedures. You will transcribe orders into EMR, schedule and pre-register patients, verify coverage, and deliver empathetic service via phone, email, and online portals.

Training is provided with performance evaluation within about 6 months, offering in-office and work from home options after onboarding.
