The Patient Management Centre
Representative serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for patients, families, caregivers, visitors, and staff at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Providing optimal customer service while assisting patients and family with hospital services in-person and on the telephone Answer, screen and forward telephone calls,
take messages and provide information as required Compiling Patient Education packages for clinics Supports patients and families in navigating hospital services, programs, and resources At minimum, completion of High School diploma or recognized equivalent required. Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service required, in a health-related environment an asset Detail-oriented, excellent time management and problem solving skills Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills Excellent Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint In addition to working alongside some of the most talented and inspiring healthcare professionals in the world, UHN offers a wide range of perks, programs and perks.
