- Create patient profiles in EPIC
- Schedule appointments for new and returning patients
- Conduct check-ins, verify information, and collect fees
- Manage workflow in patient lists and workqueues
- Assist with referral input and documentation Requirements:
- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Six months of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Epic systems (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and French essential
