FYidoctors Cold Lake is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service in a busy eyecare clinic. You’ll greet patients, manage check-ins, coordinate appointments, and support billing while ensuring a warm, welcoming experience.

This full time role offers 30–40 hours weekly, Monday–Saturday operations, performance bonuses at qualifying clinics, and a benefits package with optical coverage.
