Securicare is hiring Patient Watch Security Guards in North Vancouver to enhance patient safety at healthcare facilities. This role demands keen observation skills and effective communication in a clinical setting. In this essential position, you will monitor patients requiring continuous observation at Lion's Gate Hospital.

You will work closely with healthcare teams to prevent falls and other incidents while providing support and reassurance to patients. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage various situations will be critical in your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and observe patients continuously for safety
- Report changes in patient behavior to healthcare teams
- Assist with patient mobility and positioning




- Communicate effectively to provide support and reassurance
- Document observations and activities accurately Requirements:
- Valid BC Security Workers License (SWL)
- Valid Basic First Aid certification (OFA 1)
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital security
- Excellent observational skills in high-pressure situations
