As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Position Type: Part Time Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location,



verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized activity.

Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
