As a Roller Operator, you will play an important part in helping paving work meet quality standards and stay on track.

This role supports day-to-day site execution by contributing to consistent compaction outcomes, secure equipment operation, and close collaboration with paving crews throughout active construction work.



Perform pre-start inspections and report equipment defects or maintenance needs Monitor surface conditions and adjust rolling patterns for quality compaction Work closely with paving crews to maintain safe and efficient site operations Follow site safety procedures and document daily equipment and work activities At least 2 years of experience operating rollers or similar heavy equipment Ability to meet the physical demands of paving-site work, including extended standing, climbing on and off equipment, lifting, and working outdoors in changing weather Availability to work night shifts and weekends Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance is a plus We offer a corporate culture built on S.Exposure to exciting projects in a dynamic and growing industry #
