3 weeks contract - high possibility of becoming perm We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office role with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Competitive hourly rate: $31 - $34/hour High possibility of becoming perm Manage payroll for 20+ operating companies, covering both union and non-union employees Process multiple payrolls weekly, ensuring compliance with union pension and RSP rules Oversee digital timecards, process adjustments, and handle overtime, sick leave, and short-term leave Run payroll reports, handle remittances, process ROEs, and prepare for upcoming payroll cycles 3 years or more of full-cycle payroll experience ~ Solid background in unionized payroll and multi-company payroll processing ~ Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
