Position: PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER Employment Type: Casual/Relief Part-Time Location: West End Communities (Garden River First Nation & Batchewana First Nation, ON) Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services provides primary health care, traditional healing, mental wellness and addictions, home and community support services, and health promotion services to community members across the seven First Nations of the Mamaweswen North Shore Tribal Council. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our Home and Community Support Services team to provide in-home care to Garden River First Nation and Batchewana First Nation. Under the direction of the Director of Home and Community Support Services, and the clinical supervision from the Home Care Service Manager for the Assisted Living Services, this position is responsible to ensure a continuum of care for vulnerable, high-risk seniors as per the care plan.
