Your role involves caring for pediatric patients while maintaining their comfort at home. In this full-time position, you will have scheduled shifts working closely with pediatric patients and their families. Supported by registered nurses for complex cases, you will engage in ethical nursing practices and provide tailored care solutions. - Conduct scheduled community visits to assess patient needs
- Deliver ethical and protected nursing care to pediatric patients

- Build rapport and trust with patients and families Requirements:
- Active CNO registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required
- Proven experience in pediatric care
- Experience in community care is advantageous
